Mood boards :P

For this blog, I decided to take on the task of imagining myself as a set designer! I just had to imagine four scenes I'd ever like to create, and then I made four mood boards (collages) to highlight/visualize different elements of these scenes, such as location, set, props, actors, lighting, and color. Scene 1; When constructing this image, I chose a park setting with open spaces in the grass, with picnic tables and a picnic blanket on the grass to suggest relaxation, community, and the togetherness of a school trip. I added items like food, a book, a ukulele, and some games because I wanted the scene to feel playful and relaxed while still showing that the gathering had a special, meaningful vibe. By showing students (actors) sitting in a circle, I aimed to suggest friendship and connection.
